About the presenter

With over 15 years of experience in training and instructional design, Emily has executed in-person and online training programs for the federal government, nonprofits, and the corporate sector. She has led software training, soft skills training, and compliance training projects. Emily holds a Master's of Science degree in Instructional Science and Technology and has CSPO, CSM, PMP, and PMI-ACP certifications. She is the author of "E-Learning Department of One", published by ATD Press.
