FAQ on the iSpring Loyalty Program

When will I be able to claim my loyalty discount?

You’ll be able to use your loyalty discount right after your friend finalizes a purchase via your referral link. An iSpring manager will contact you and walk you through the process of claiming the discount.

Can I get a discount on a product different from the one I recommended to a friend?

No, the discount applies only to iSpring LMS, since it’s the only product in the referral program.

If multiple friends purchase iSpring LMS, will I receive a cumulative 15% loyalty discount for each purchase?

Yes! You’ll receive a 15% discount for each friend who purchases iSpring LMS through your referral. The more friends you refer, the bigger your discount — up to a maximum of 45% off.

If more than three friends purchase iSpring LMS, you will be offered special discounts on the product add-ons of your choice. Our managers are happy to discuss personalized offers to fit your eLearning needs.

If a colleague from another department buys iSpring LMS, does it count as a referral?

Yes! If a colleague from a different department purchases iSpring LMS because of your recommendation, it counts as a referral. You’ll get a 15% discount on your next renewal or activation, and your colleague will receive a 10% discount on their purchase.
