We’ve officially renamed iSpring Suite Max to iSpring Suite AI. The new name reflects a major shift in how you build and manage training: smarter, faster, and AI-powered.
With iSpring Suite AI, you can now create content in seconds, plan course structures, design interactive quizzes, and generate images without the usual manual work.
Here’s a look at the iSpring Suite AI features:
1. Break Down Language Barriers with AI-Powered Translation
iSpring Suite now lets you translate courses into over 70 languages within minutes. AI handles the text while keeping your course structure intact. Just review the draft, make small adjustments if necessary, and your course is ready for a global audience.
Why it’s useful:
- Lower localization costs: Translate content internally and skip expensive external vendors.
- Accessible training: Employees can learn in their native language, improving clarity and retention.
- Speed and flexibility: Update policies, product knowledge, or training materials quickly.
How to use:
To translate a course with AI, open it in iSpring Suite and select Translation > Translate with AI (beta). Choose your target language, then confirm the prompt that the original text will be replaced.
If you’d like to keep the original version, create a copy before starting. Once you click Translate, the system processes the content and delivers a draft in the new language within minutes. All that’s left is to review the formatting and upload the finished course to your LMS.

2. Faster Course Creation from the Ground Up
The power of iSpring Suite AI extends beyond your desktop and into iSpring Suite AI’s cloud space. This integrated environment, now enhanced with AI, supports you from the very beginning of course creation. It helps you brainstorm by:

A new capability in iSpring Suite lets you convert text to speech and insert prerecorded audio directly into your video projects.

- Full control: Audio can be sped up, slowed down, replaced, and saved for future projects.
- Global reach: Convert text into 58 languages for multilingual and accessible content.
- Managed access: This feature is available to team members with the Author role in your iSpring Cloud account. Each author receives a quota of one million characters every 30 days.
To add text-to-speech narration, launch iSpring Suite, open your screencasting project, click Audio > Text to Speech, choose your language, speaker, and voice style, and preview before creating.
