Associate Professor Danny Simms, Head of Faculty for Leadership and Management, faced the challenge of developing e-learning content for the Master of Leadership and Management from very text-heavy Word documents.

Incorporating existing instructional design (ID) techniques with models of communication and conversation, leveraging Ispring products and other media development platforms, Danny has created rich and personal feelings, learning opportunities for his master's degree students.

During this presentation, Danny will share the rationale for, and the communication/conversation model used as the basis of the instructional design for the learning pathways, as well as examples.
