  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept online payments via credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we accept company checks and wire transfers. Please contact us for detailed bank information. We can always provide you with an invoice upon your request.

  • What are your invoice payment terms?

    Our standard payment terms are upon receipt of invoice. iSpring also offers 2/10 Net 30 terms. That means you can pay within 30 days, or receive a 2% discount by paying in 10 days.

    If payment terms in your company are more than Net 30, iSpring may increase the fees upon prior notice to you.

  • What happens if my payment is late?

    If the payment is not made by the due date, iSpring shall be entitled to receive the amount due plus a late payment charge at the rate of 1.5% on the past-due balance (or such lower rate as shall be the highest permissible contract rate under applicable law) on all amounts that are not paid by you on or before the due date.

  • Do you charge VAT?

    We do not charge VAT (value-added tax) for business purchases. However, iSpring Solutions is required to collect European Union value added tax (“EU VAT”) from non-taxable EU customers. Products available for purchase on our website show prices excluding EU VAT.

    In accordance with the agreement between iSpring Solutions and PayPro Global, Inc., customers that belong to any European country covered by respective Council Directives on VAT on electronic services will be redirected to the PayPro EasyCommerce platform to fill in the information to complete an order.

    If you are a non-taxable EU customer,* EU VAT will be included in the total charge upon processing your order. You will be charged EU VAT at the rate applicable in the EU Member State to which you belong (in which you are established, have your permanent address, or usually reside).


    *You are considered a non-taxable EU customer unless you have clicked on “BUSINESS PURCHASE” and have provided PayPro Global, Inc. with a valid EU VAT number.

  • Do I make a one-time payment or do I pay periodically?

    The payment depends on the license type (lifetime license or subscription), which varies for different iSpring products. The lifetime license type implies a one-time fee for a lifetime license. The subscription model requires monthly or annual payments and you can cancel the subscription at any time. For example, iSpring Learn LMS is available for subscription licensing only.iSpring Suite, iSpring Converter Pro, iSpring Presenter and iSpring QuizMaker are available on lifetime licensing.

  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?

    Yes, we accept company checks and wire transfers.

  • What Credit Cards do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • What is the order delivery time?

    For online payments, the license details should be emailed to you within one business day, but are more likely to be delivered faster. If you choose to make a payment via check or bank-to-bank transfer, the license will be sent after the payment is received, which can take a few days.

Discounts and Special Programs

  • Are there any discounts available for non-profit organizations?

    Yes, we do offer a 40% discount off the standard retail price listed online for qualified non-profit organizations.

    Please note that we offer non-profit discounts for desktop tools only.

    To acquire a Non-Profit License, please fill out this form and an iSpring Sales representative will get back to you shortly. You will be then asked to provide proof of your non-profit status.

    To qualify for an iSpring Non-Profit License, organizations in the US must be qualified as §501(c)(3) organizations or specific §509 organizations, as defined by the United States Revenue Code. If your company is outside the United States, you must provide us with an equivalent type of document issued by your country.

  • Are there any governmental discounts available?

    Yes, we do offer a 20% discount to governmental organizations. Volume discounts also apply starting with a 3-seat license purchase. Special offers may not be combined with government pricing for additional discounts.

  • Can I get an educational discount on iSpring software?

    We provide an educational discount off the retail price listed online to the following groups of customers:

    • Currently enrolled K-12 and higher education students
    • Currently employed teachers, faculty and staff members

    To take advantage of the Academic License discount, please fill out this form and an iSpring Sales representative will get back to you shortly. You will then need to provide valid verification of your academic status.

    Special offers are not combined with academic pricing for additional discounts.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, we do offer volume discounts starting with a 3-seat license purchase. The more licenses you purchase, the bigger discount you get. Feel free to check the detailed volume discounts.

Money Back Guarantee

  • Do you offer a money back guarantee?

    Yes, we have a 30 days money back guarantee for iSpring desktop products. You can request a refund if you purchased the product by mistake, or if you are not satisfied with your iSpring product for the following reasons: the product didn’t function as expected or wasn’t compatible with your existing setup, the product was of lesser quality than you expected. If a request is made within 30 days of purchase, you will receive 100% of your money back within a week of approval.

    This policy applies only to iSpring Lifetime Licenses. iSpring Subscription Plans are not covered by the money back guarantee.

    No refunds are granted, in whole or in part, for iSpring products purchased by you during iSpring special offers.

License Activation

  • Can I transfer a license from one computer to another?

    If you want to move the product from one computer to another or reinstall it, please go through the following steps:

    1. Uninstall the product on the computer from which you are going to move the license.
    2. Choose "Deactivate the license on this computer" during the uninstallation.
    3. Install a new copy of the product on another computer.
    4. Activate it.

    FYI: If you have already activated the program on one computer and uninstalled it without deactivation, you could still easily install, then uninstall it with deactivation.

  • How do I receive the product after purchasing?

    iSpring products are delivered electronically and can always be downloaded from the iSpring website. After the payment is processed, you will receive an email that will include license data and a product download link. If you already have an iSpring trial version installed, you can register it with the provided license data.

  • What type of licensing do you offer?

    We offer licensing that will work best for you. Just let us know how exactly you'd like to install iSpring, and we will be happy to provide you with the best solution depending on your needs.

Support and Maintenance

  • What versions of iSpring products are provided with technical support?

    Currently, we provide technical support for version 8.

    The previous version is supported for 6 months after the release of the new version; e.g., iSpring 9 will be released in Spring 2018, so iSpring 8 will be supported until Fall 2018.

    What does end of support for version 7 and prior mean?

    • There will not be any improvements in the old versions of iSpring products;
    • There will not be any email or phone support. When contacting the support center, users of version 6 and earlier are offered to upgrade.

    Note that all the help docs will still be available on the iSpring website.

    You can renew your license at any time. Feel free to contact us for an upgrade.

  • How do I get a Maintenance Plan?

    For your iSpring product, you can purchase a one-year Maintenance Plan, which covers:

    • free email and phone-based support to all users of the software
    • unlimited minor and major upgrades

    For example, you will get a free upgrade to the next version if it’s released within one year of your purchase of the Maintenance Plan.

    Real-time priority support and unlimited upgrades are already included in the Full Service bundle. With one subscription, you can get all the tools and services for rapid e-Learning authoring.

  • How to renew a Maintenance Plan

    To continue getting free upgrades and support after 1 year from the date of purchase, renew your Maintenance Plan or purchase an extended support plan. Note that by renewing your Maintenance Plan prior to its expiration date, you will get a special discount.

    The company reserves the right to make changes to the current upgrade policy at any time without prior notice. You can find out about all the changes on the iSpring Upgrade Terms page.

  • What kind of support is provided with iSpring products?

    The following support can be received at no additional charge:

    1. Email ticket support — we’re always ready to help you with your questions and tasks;

    3. iSpring Community, in which your questions are answered by community members and support technicians.

  • Can I upgrade from one product to another?

    Yes, you are more than welcome to upgrade your license to the other product. Just visit our Upgrade Center to see what upgrades are available for your current license.

  • How do I upgrade to the latest version?

    If you have a previous version of an iSpring product, you can get the latest version at a reduced price. Plus, there are special discounts available for government, educational and non-profit organizations.

    By upgrading to the latest version, you’ll automatically get a complimentary 1-year Maintenance Plan for free major and minor upgrades, and free expert support by email and phone.

  • What are minor and major upgrades?

    iSpring engineers continuously add new functionality to the current products. Aggregating new enhancements, we release new versions of iSpring products and number them according to the following scheme:

    A Major Version is a new significantly enhanced product with qualitative changes in functionality and usability. Major Versions are designated by the first digit of the number that goes after the product name. When a new major version is released, this first digit is increased, for example, iSpring 8.x to iSpring 9.x, where "x" means any Minor Version.

    A Minor Version is a smaller software update that improves functionality or adds new features to the product, scaling up the second digit of the version number such as 8.0 or 8.1.

  • What are the iSpring upgrade terms?

    With your purchase of iSpring 8, you get a 1-year complimentary maintenance plan that provides you with free software updates within minor versions (e.g. from iSpring 8.7.1 to iSpring 8.7.2), plus free technical support via tickets.
