Automate recurring enrollments

Today, we’ve added an option to automate recurring enrollments. Let’s say, your organization conducts safety and health training for employees each year. Or, managers require sales reps to take a course on your top products every 3 months. Now, you don’t need to keep track of dates and assign such courses manually. You can just set a course to re-assign after completion in a required number of weeks or days.

October 25, 2019 | User management

New report in iSpring Learn LMS: Group Results

We've added a new report to iSpring Learn LMS: Group Progress! This report features detailed data on group performance, plus a quick access dashboard. You can customize the report to show completion statuses, total number of assignments, due dates, and other relevant info. It also helps you identify groups that have overdue assignments or, conversely, show the best results. As with all other reports, you can easily export Group Progress to a CSV file.

This new report provides a full overview of learner and department progress in your company: how many courses they’ve completed, how many are overdue, and how each user is performing. With multiple filters, you can customize the report and quickly get data on a specific department, group, job position, or anything else. It's also possible to switch from overall progress to in-depth details on particular courses. Plus, admins can email learners who need their attention right from the report.

September 26, 2019 | Content management

Add the same materials to several courses

Now you can add new materials to courses simply by copying them from anywhere in your account. This way you easily repurpose your content and save time!

You can add either a linked or a separate copy of the material. A linked copy is connected to the original file, so if you update the file, the copy will be updated too. A separate copy acts like a new item and you can edit it without affecting the parent file, and vice versa.

To make sure learners have grasped the material, you can add self-test questions. There are three types of questions available: multiple-choice, multiple response, and fill-in-the-blank.

Detailed viewing stats
Once you publish the article, you can track how many people have read it and how far they have progressed.

Customizable design
You can use corporate colors and fonts to design your article so it matches your brand identity.
