Now iSpring Learn can form groups automatically. All you need to do is specify a number of criteria for group members, and the system will browse through all the users and add everyone who meets your criteria.

Built-in editor to create longreads

Now you can create articles with illustrations, quotes, videos, and interactive assignments right in the LMS. No technical skills are required — it’s even easier than Word. Enter the headline, populate with text and images, and click Publish.

Step-by-step navigation
To make it easier for learners to digest the material, you can divide your article into chapters. And if you want learners to go through the content in a certain order, simply restrict the navigation.

To make sure learners have grasped the material, you can add self-test questions every now and then. There are three types of questions available: multiple choice, multiple response, and fill-in-the-blank.

Detailed viewing stats
Once you publish the article, you can track how many people have read it and how far they have progressed.

You can use corporate colors and fonts to design your article so it matches your brand identity.

With the new assigning mechanism, it has become super easy to enroll groups of employees to courses. You can filter users by teams, job titles or other parameters, and set completion time — all in one place.

Automatic assignments

Now you can get the LMS to automatically assign a course to selected employees. All you need to do is define a rule in course settings. Say, you have an onboarding course for all interns. Every time a new member is added to the Interns group, the system will automatically enroll them in the course.
