Interactive organizational structure

Now you can easily visualize your company’s structure and let your employees quickly find information about their colleagues with a new organizational structure feature we've released.

The organizational chart will show all departments, employee positions, and the company’s hierarchy. It will make it much easier for new hires to learn about your business and their colleagues. With this new feature, newcomers can quickly understand who is responsible for which issues and who they need to address regarding specific tasks.

You can use Org Chart anytime, anywhere — it’s also available in the iSpring Learn mobile app (iOS/Android).

Crop your images in “Pages”

Working with images in “Pages” is now easier! This new option allows you to crop and modify any image to the exact size you want without a hitch.

If something goes wrong, you can always undo the changes you’ve made. Select an image → “Crop” → “Undo Crop.” The image will be restored to its original state.

February 2022

February 28, 2022 Mobile app

In April 2022, the iSpring Learn LMS mobile app will stop supporting iOS 11 and Android prior to 7.0

If your learners are running Android 5-6 or iPhone/iPad with iOS 11, please let them know about this development and suggest upgrading to a newer version of their operating system.

End of support doesn’t mean that the iSpring Learn LMS app will stop working on these smartphones. Learners will be able to use their current version of the app, but updates and new features will be unavailable to them.

Quick access to the courses on smartphones

We've updated the iSpring Learn LMS mobile app to make taking courses on smartphones easier and faster.

Now, when learners click on a link in an email, the course opens in the mobile app, if it's installed on their phone. And your learners can start training immediately.

New picture arrangements in iSpring Learn Pages

Now you can place your pictures in a row to make your learning materials look more informative and attractive. For example, when you guide your learners through the new products and make comparisons, this arrangement will help when clarifying the differences.

iSpring Learn simplifies security clearance checks

This new feature will greatly reduce the time needed to find out which employees lack the proper permission to work.

Now, the learning portal’s administrator can download learners’ profile links and print them like badges with a QR code. Just scan the badge and get all the information from the iSpring Learn LMS: which courses the learner has completed and which certifications they’ve received.
