iSpring Learn — What's New
We keep developing iSpring Learn and adding new features so you can delegate training management to the system and focus on your company's horizons.

AI-powered course translation to 70+ languages
Create courses for a global audience at no extra cost! With the built-in AI translator, you can localize scrollable courses to 70+ languages in minutes. This will help you cut localization costs, speed up delivery, and boost engagement and retention across global teams by offering training in their native language.

New “Labeled Graphics” interaction in scrollable courses
Add interactive images with clickable markers. Each marker can reveal text, images, audio, or video. This is a powerful way to explain complex equipment, highlight product features, or bring visuals to life. Learners engage more actively when they explore content themselves.

The “Date” field in the user profile
Administrators can now add date fields, like hire date and work anniversary, to user profiles, filter learners by dates, and generate more detailed reports. No more manual fixes — you’ll get cleaner data, smoother HR integrations, and easier reporting right inside iSpring Learn.

On-the-job training sessions in Development Plans
Development Plans are no longer limited to text tasks. You can now add full on-the-job training sessions as plan items. This means a full cycle of onboarding in one place: from theory to hands-on practice. Employees see a clear development path, and managers can track progress without switching between tools.

Page import to the Knowledge Base
You can now import guides and instructions created as pages can straight into the Knowledge Base, with formatting, structure, and key blocks preserved. No need to copy, paste, or re-edit anything. This saves hours on authoring and consistent materials across the platform. For learners, it means important resources like manuals and how-tos are right where they expect them: easy to find and always up to date in the Knowledge Base.

New question type: Card Sorting
iSpring Learn now supports Sorting questions in online tests. This format lets learners group items into categories — a fresh way to check real understanding. Instead of just recalling facts, learners need to recognize relationships and place items into the right categories.

Training Catalog
Webinars and meetings in the User Portal are now all in one place — the Trainings section! This makes it easier for learners to find the training catalog, so more people can enroll and attend.
The User Portal has a dedicated Trainings section that includes:
-
Training Catalog — where learners can browse all available sessions, filter them by date, and enroll directly from the list.
-
My Trainings — where learners can view a calendar showing the sessions they’re already enrolled in.

Cursor assets in the image editor
You can now place custom cursors directly on images in the editor. This makes it easy to create step-by-step software guides that show exactly where to click, helping learners follow along without reading lengthy explanations.

Event Venue Library
You can now specify an exact venue for your events and even group venues together for easier organization. This makes it simple for learners to find the most convenient training location and for admins to manage events across multiple offices or cities.
