iSpring Learn -
What's New
We keep developing iSpring Learn and adding new features so you can delegate training management to the system and focus on your company's horizons.
Support for MS Teams meetings
Now you can schedule Microsoft Teams web meetings right in the iSpring Learn calendar, just like any other online or offline event. After you enroll participants in the meeting, they’ll receive a notification to join the event via a link.

iSpring Learn app in German, Spanish, and Italian
The iSpring Learn mobile app is now also available in German, Spanish, and Italian. If one of these is set as the system language of your mobile device, the app will automatically switch to that language.
Multiple time slots for training sessions
Now, you can create a single event with multiple time slots and schedule them for different times – weeks, months, or years ahead. You can assign employees to each time slot manually or add an event to Training Catalog so learners can select and sign up for the time slots on their own.
To keep track of how your learners attend a training event, you can create a joint report for all the sessions.

Polish localization
iSpring Learn LMS is now available in Polish. With this new update, Polish-speaking administrators and learners have access to a more user-friendly interface and a better training experience.
Updated branding settings
You no longer need to switch between user portal and admin portal when configuring the branding settings. There is now a single interface settings block, so you only need to set a color scheme and logo once.
Important: If you use different color schemes for the user portal and the admin portal, the user portal settings will be automatically applied to the admin portal.
Revamped main menu
The menu in iSpring Learn has become even simpler and more concise. The names of buttons have been replaced with icons, leaving more screen space for information that’s really relevant, like learners’ stats. The amount and order of elements remain the same, and the name of a menu item is shown on mouseover.

iSpring Learn in Norwegian
Norwegian is now a language available for the iSpring Learn LMS. With this addition, Norwegian-speaking learners will be able to have a more seamless training experience.
Changes to сourse progress calculation
There is now an improved and more accurate way to track and display course progress in iSpring Learn.
Previously, iSpring Learn calculated overall course progress based on whether or not an entire training module had been completed. For example, if a learner viewed 50% of a slide show within a course, the status of the training material would remain as In Progress and thus nothing would be added to the course progress. But now, even incomplete modules are entered into the overall course progress and the LMS calculates the “weight” of such modules automatically.

Privacy Policy consent in the iSpring Learn app
Now you can also collect the consent to your Privacy Policy if your learners initially enter their iSpring Learn account from a mobile device. When users log into the app for the first time, they will automatically be asked to agree to the policy.
Scoring a course in iSpring Learn
Composite courses in iSpring Learn that include quizzes, rated dialogues, and other assignments can now be given an overall grade. You can choose one assignment or several modules that will determine the score of the entire course.
The Learner Progress report will show you how many people completed the course, what scores they got, and who failed the training.
