Events Calendar in the iOS App

Now, it’s easier for your learners who use iOS devices to stick to a training schedule, as the iSpring Learn app shows all upcoming webinars and training events. The app notifies learners about the event, sends timely reminders, and lets them know about any schedule changes. And in case you didn’t know, this option is also available in the iSpring Learn app for Android.

Edit course and module statuses

Now, you can manually edit course or module statuses in iSpring Learn. For example, you can set a course status as complete when a learner has already taken the course during an offline session or is very competent in a topic and can skip this part of a training program.

If you edited a course or module status manually, you can always switch it back to standard progress tracking and completion. In this case, iSpring Learn will recalculate the statistics.

Dark mode in the iSpring Learn Mobile App

Dark mode changes the screen colors to a darker color palette that is considered to be easier on the eyes in a dark environment. It also conserves battery life. So, if your learners like to take courses at night or just prefer a darker design, suggest that they update the iSpring Learn app at the App Store or Google Play.

Support of Zoom webinars

Previously, you could only create Zoom web meetings in iSpring Learn – online sessions that allow everyone to share their screen and turn on a mic or video. With this update, however, you can also host Zoom webinars: events that have a designated presenter(s) and allow view-only attendees. They can interact via Q&A and chat, answer polling questions, and the host can unmute them if needed.

Module progress reset

Sometimes, you need to give your learner another chance to complete a training module or take a test and don’t want the previous results to clutter your reports. With this new option, you can reset the progress statistics for a particular training module within a course.
Once you reset progress, all current statistics for the module will be deleted and the completion status will be set to ‘Not started.’ It will also affect the status of the parent course: if the course was completed, it will appear in the Enrolled Courses section again.
