iSpring Learn — What's New
We keep developing iSpring Learn and adding new features so you can delegate training management to the system and focus on your company's horizons.
July 2025
Waitlist for events
Now learners can join a waitlist when an event is full — and get notified if a spot opens up. Admins can track demand, fill empty seats, and plan additional sessions if needed.

Nested folders in the Catalog
Now you can organize training materials with unlimited folder depth inside categories. Build a clean, intuitive structure that mirrors your business processes, so employees find what they need faster, with less confusion.

New interactive “Tabs” block in Pages
Keep your page-like courses neat by splitting large chunks of content into clean, clickable sections. Interactive tabs improve structure, save space, and reduce cognitive overload — especially for mobile learners.

Smarter task management in Development Plans
You can now reorder or duplicate tasks within a stage, and view updates instantly without reloading the page. Plus, support for bullet and numbered lists makes descriptions more structured and readable.
May 2025
New Annotation Tools in the Image Editor
Add numbered callouts to highlight step-by-step instructions or spotlight key areas with adjustable rounding and dimming. These enhancements make it easier than ever to guide learners through screenshots, draw attention to critical interface elements, or mask sensitive information.

Improve Navigation and Visual Refresh in Course Library
Explore every ready-made, expert-designed course at a glance. The new interface design with improved navigation helps you view, compare, and choose the right course faster, from sales skills and personal effectiveness to safety and data privacy. Save time building content from scratch, launch training in as little as one day, and customize each course to match your company’s brand.

Linking to Other Content Blocks in the Knowledge Base Articles
Add links from one chapter or article directly to another so learners can jump right to the step they need instead of scrolling through all of Knowledge Base. In sequential mode, clicking on a link ahead highlights the chapters learners still must complete. This helps them stay on track and move between assets quickly.

Block Alignment Options for Articles in the Knowledge Base
Now, whenever an image or video block is narrower than its surrounding text, you can align it to the left, center, or right. This creates cleaner layouts, improves readability, and makes your Knowledge Base assets look more professional.

Minimum Course Completion Time
You can now determine how long a learner needs to spend on a course. That required duration appears right on the course card and course page, so everyone knows how much time they’ll need to allocate up front. This update is perfect for programs that are built for industries with strict regulatory requirements.

News Views in the Corporate Newsfeed
You can now see exactly how many learners open and read each news post. The information is available when you log into the Administrator Portal, browse your newsfeed, view a specific news item, or check in the mobile app while on the go. Use this insight to deliver content that your employees are genuinely interested in.
The feature is available in the Business Plan.
