Training according to employee time zone

Now learners can see training dates and course deadlines in their local time. This update will be useful for companies whose employees are working in different regions and time zones.

Hidden sidebar in Pages

Now, when you create a course, you can turn off the course navigation sidebar so it won’t distract learners’ attention.

To hide the sidebar, go to Page settings and choose “Single Page” in Page Navigation. Once you’re done, the "Introduction" sidebar menu will be hidden.

Improved Org Chart

We’ve improved the Org Chart to make it easier for you and your employees to use it. Now you can:

- Find information on colleagues quickly. If a department has subdivisions, their staff can be viewed in a separate tab. Switch between tabs and use the search function to find details about a colleague quickly.

- Enlarge users’ avatars and get a good view of your colleagues’ faces.

- Enjoy the improved design — we changed the color scheme and added smoother animations.

Flexible access to catalog courses

Catalog courses can now be accessed by both a department and a group of users. For example, you can make a Welcome course available to a group of interns to familiarize them with the company and its values.

Additional information for certificates

This update is especially useful for companies in which employees need to complete mandatory training to ensure they meet compliance requirements.

Now, in certificates, the number or name of the training program is filled in automatically. You just need to fill in the "Subtitle" field in the course description and add this field to the certificate once. During audits, this will help confirm that the training meets the compliance requirements.

Tables in Pages

Whether you want to compare products or share research data, you can now create a spreadsheet. This will make it easier for learners to remember the information.

Creating tables in Pages works in beta mode now. Try this new feature and share your experience with us. We look forward to receiving your feedback and suggestions - they’ll help us improve the software.

Detailed information about employees in Org Chart

Now your employees can specify their principal duties and the issues they can be contacted about — we’ve added a new field to the Employee Card.

For example, an employee can describe the range of their tasks, add a phone number or email in a separate field, and share links to social media and instant messengers. Colleagues just need to open the Employee Card in the Org Chart to find detailed information on a staff member.

This update will help newcomers and remote employees get to know the team, find a certain colleague, and handle their tasks faster.
