Although we are a publisher with extensive technical knowledge, we were seeking a simple, cost effective solution to convert simple PowerPoint presentations to Flash. We tested a number of products before deciding to go with iSpring. Installation was simple and our few questions were answered quickly by the responsive on-line support staff. Our application was for a simple sideshow type presentation - nothing really fancy - just a way of presenting mainly text in a series of slides with simple navigation - forward, back, first, last.
