Case study: How I completely revamped global employee training in just 4 weeks

Do you think it’s possible to launch digital learning for employees worldwide in 4 weeks? SPOILER: Yes!

Junellen Neese, Corporate Training Manager at HealthHelp, will share how she successfully reorganized the training process in their local AND international offices.

HealthHelp is a global healthcare management company with 3 offices: in New York, Houston, and Manila. When Junellen joined the team, her assignment was to completely revamp the training curriculum and build a flexible training system in order to:

  • improve the knowledge and quality of work the trainees have
  • raise productivity levels and improve employee retention
  • and train the trainers in Manila so that they can train any additional team members as the team grows

During the webinar, Junellen shares how she successfully achieved all these goals in just a month thanks to iSpring.

Junellen delivered this session on stage at the Learning Technologies 2019 conference last month, and the audience loved it! We want you to have a chance to check it out as well!

Sound and Motion: Film school techniques for live-action video learning

You’ve started using live-action video at work. Perhaps you’ve used it in the past but weren’t happy with the results. If this is you, you’ll agree that using live action to tell a story with the goal of educating the viewer is challenging. A video can just as easily distract or confuse as it can inspire and educate. And it can be expensive to get it wrong!
