Sometimes you just want to get content down without thinking about the functionality straight away. You can do that with iSpring Suite. I have used other eLearning systems, an open-source one and Adobe Captivate but they did seem more complex and more difficult to just get content down and then design the functionality.

Adobe Captivate is a heavy product and complicated. You need other Adobe tools that are also costly. iSpring Suite has quite a bit built in and integrated very nicely.
