We accept online payments via credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we accept company checks and wire transfers. Please contact us for detailed bank information. We can always provide you with an invoice upon your request.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we have a 14 days money back guarantee for iSpring desktop products. You can request a refund if you purchased the product by mistake, or if you are not satisfied with your iSpring product for the following reasons: the product didn’t function as expected or wasn’t compatible with your existing setup, the product was of lesser quality than you expected. If a request is made within 14 days of purchase, you will receive 100% of your money back within a week of approval.

This policy applies only to iSpring Lifetime Licenses. iSpring Subscription Plans are not covered by the money back guarantee.

No refunds are granted, in whole or in part, for iSpring products purchased by you during iSpring special offers.

What is the order delivery time?

For online payments, the license details should be emailed to you within one business day, but are more likely to be delivered faster. If you choose to make a payment via check or bank-to-bank transfer, the license will be sent after the payment is received, which can take a few days.

Can I upgrade from one product to another?

Yes, you are more than welcome to upgrade your license to the other product. Just visit our Upgrade Center to see what upgrades are available for your current license.
