How to upload SCORM courses to Firmwater LMS

We have tested the compliance of iSpring learning courses with Firmwater, and we can confirm that this LMS supports uploading and reporting iSpring SCORM packages. Please, check this guide on how to create a learning package with iSpring.

To get your SCORM package into Firmwater, follow these steps:

  1. 1 Log in as an Administrator (Organization or Local) to upload content.

  2. 2 Select Content on the upper-right ribbon of the administrator dashboard.
  3. 3 Click Load content in the Activities section.
  4. 4 Drag and drop your SCORM package to the Load Content field and wait till it is uploaded. If you use an older version of the browser, click this area and browse for the file.
  5. 5 After the SCORM package has been uploaded, give it a Title, specify its Type (Course is a default value) and click the Load Content button below.
  6. 6 You will see the content item in the Activities list. Click the item to open its properties.
  7. 7 Click Add participants to assign it to learners.

How to generate reports in Firmwater

After a learner has completed any of the assigned courses assigned, you can run reports to check his/her progress. There are several report types including the SCORM report with question details.

To run a SCORM report in Firmwater:

  1. 1 Log in as an Administrator and go to Reports in the upper-right corner of your administrator dashboard.
  2. 2 Select a report you want to generate (e.g. SCORM insights) and click Launch report.
  3. 3 Configure report details: date range, a test title and a user name.
