How to Add a SCORM Course into eFront LMS

eFront LMS has gone through compliance tests with iSpring learning courses and we can now confirm that it supports SCORM uploading and reporting. Check out how to create a learning package with iSpring.

Just follow this tutorial on how to get your SCORM package into eFront LMS:

  1. 1 Switch to Courses on the main dashboard if you are an Administrator or select Courses on the right-hand panel if you are a Professor:
  2. 2 Create a new course and a lesson inside to have a destination place for uploading.
  3. 3 Select Go to Content.
  4. 4 Then click Files to proceed with upload:

  5. 5 After that search for a SCORM zip file on your computer:
  6. 6 Once it is uploaded, import the file as content by clicking this icon on the right side toolbox:
  7. 7 This notification will inform you about successful import:
  8. 7 This is how iSpring course looks in eFront LMS (set to appear in a popup):

Reports

  1. 1 Before you start generating reports, please make sure that you are an Administrator:

  2. 2 Select Reports on the dashboard.

  3. 3 Select SCORM on the top ribbon.
  4. 4 Click the SCORM package name (use Filter if required):
  5. 5.1 Under Users, you will see the general statistics for a selected SCORM item:
  6. 5.2 Under Analysis, you will see the Answer Breakdown<>/span report:
  7. 6 To get detailed statistics for a user, click View.
  8. 7 Once you have clicked View, the Attempt Detail report will appear.
    Note that SCORM 1.2 does not allow to journal questions. That is why you will see interactions’ IDs instead of actual question text.
