What is the order delivery time?
For online payments, license details are emailed within one business day but are usually delivered faster. If you make a payment via check or bank transfer, the details will be sent after the payment is received, which can take up to two weeks.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We offer refunds for iSpring desktop products, reviewed case by case. Just let us know why you’re not satisfied, and we’ll do our best to help.
