Do I need a 64-bit or 32-bit version of iSpring Pro? Permalink
A 64-bit version of iSpring Pro should be installed only if your computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows AND a 64-bit version of Microsoft Office 2010.
In all other cases you should install a 32-bit version of iSpring Pro.
How do I know which version of Windows my computer is running?
To find out if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows in Windows 7 or Windows Vista, do the following:1. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System.
2. Under System, you can view the system type.

If your computer is running Windows XP, do the following:
1. Click Start.
2. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
- If you don’t see "x64 Edition" listed, then you’re running the 32-bit version of Windows XP.
- If "x64 Edition" is listed under System, you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows XP.
How do I know which version of Office my computer is running?
The 64-bit version appeared only in Microsoft Office 2010. All older office programs are 32-bit versions.Here is how the PowerPoint 2010 toolbar looks like:

If your PowerPoint looks the same, do the following:
1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Help.
3. Under the About section for your Office product, find the version.
