iSpring Solutions works on a case-by-case basis with every customer and assembles exclusive license according to their individual business situations. Licensing flexibility provides maximum compliance with unique business and technical requirements and affords significant cost savings.

iSpring SDK Licensing implies that each copy of iSpring SDK and each user accessing iSpring SDK must be licensed. iSpring SDK is available under the two basic licensing programs:

License Type	Description
Server License	iSpring SDK Server License allows a customer to use iSpring SDK for building server-side solutions or web applications with automated PowerPoint to Flash conversion facilities.
OEM License	iSpring SDK OEM License (Original Equipment Manufacturer License) grants a customer the right to create solutions on the basis of iSpring SDK software components and distribute these applications or services to end users under a customer's own brand.
