Guestbook allows you to gather information about your viewers. When this feature is enabled, users are prompted to fill in a guestbook entry, and only then they can proceed to viewing a given content item.

To manage your guestbooks:

  1. On the Content tab, choose to manage a content item.
  2. Open the Guestbook tab.

To enable guestbooking for a selected content item:

  1. Click the Change button.
  2. Select the Activate guestbook checkbox.
  3. Enter the invitation message for users to fill in your guestbook in the guestbook text field.
  4. Use the drop-down menus next to guestbook fields to mark them as...
    • Required
    • Optional
    • Don't ask
  5. Add new fields, if necessary:
    • Click Add Custom Field.

    • Enter a field name.
    • Click Save.
  6. Click Save to apply your configuration.

From now on, when users open a given content item, they will be asked to fill in the guestbook fields, and only then redirected to the content item.
