What technical support is provided with iSpring products?

Technical support is provided for all clients with an active subscription plan. Depending on the product and your license type, you will receive the following support at no additional charge: 

  • With an active iSpring Suite Max, iSpring Learn LMS, or iSpring Market subscription, you will get 24/7 support via phone, email, and chat. 

  • With an active subscription to the iSpring Suite authoring toolkit or one of its standalone tools (iSpring QuizMaker, iSpring Converter Pro, iSpring Cam Pro, iSpring River, iSpring Page, and iSpring Flip), you will receive email ticket support.

  • For iSpring Suite lifetime license holders, email ticket support is available during the first year of the product’s use. 

You are also welcome to use a wide selection of iSpring online resources:  

  • Help articles with step-by-step guides on how to use each product

  • Video reviews, how-tos, and tutorials on our YouTube channel
