I entered my Registration Name and the License Key but I see an error message. What am I doing wrong?

If you are entering your Registration Name and the License Key you received via e-mail after your order was processed and you see an error message, please review the following points:
  • Make sure that you are entering the Registration Name and Serial Number correctly. Please, copy and paste your registration data instead of typing it by hand.
  • Confirm that you are using the appropriate version of iSpring because the serial numbers for the latest versions may not fit the earlier versions of iSpring. Use the Upgrade button on the iSpring toolbar to get the latest versions of iSpring products.
  • If you still have problems activating iSpring, contact our support service at support@ispringsolutions.com
