How does the content quality influence the size of the output Flash file?

Embedded audio and video files greatly increase the published file size. iSpring Presenter decreases the size dramatically converting it to Flash format using effective compression methods available in Flash technology. iSpring Presenter lets you control compression level and thus the size of your presentation. The higher compression level, the smaller your published Flash files. To manage compression, click the "Publish" button on the iSpring Presenter toolbar and then adjust image/audio/video compression options on the "Compression" tab.
