By default, learners get notifications both in their iSpring Learn accounts and by email. 

  1. When a user receives a notification, a new digit appears next to the bell icon at the top right corner. To view the notification, a user should click on it.



  2. In the opened window, the user can view the notification. 



  3. To view all the notifications, users need to click View All at the bottom of the Notifications window. They will see the list of notifications they have received earlier. There is detailed information for each notification here: the name of the event that triggered the notification, time of the notification arrival, and the description of limitations of the material or the event if there are any (like the completion date of a learning path). 



  4. If learners read all the notifications, they can be mark them as read on the same page. The digit showing the number of the notifications next to the bell will disappear. 



  5. To make a notification unread again, users can check the radio button in the most right column. A digit will reappear next to the bell.
