Under the Permissions tab, you can add users who will have access to the learning path. 

By default, all learning paths are available only to Account Owner, Administrators, Organization Administrators and Authors.

To give access to the learning path to other users:

  1. On the Manage learning path page, open the Permissions tab and click Change



  2. You can make the learning path available to all users of a specific organization. Choose the organization in the Organization list, specify if the assignment type if required or optional, and tick Grant access to all users in the organization



  3. Feel free to copy the access permissions for the learning path. To do this, click the Copy Permissions button.



    In the Copy Permissions window choose the learning path or course to copy permissions of. Click the Copy button. 



  4. You can select the user groups who will have access to the learning path. To do this, check the groups in the Groups window. 



  5. Add individual users who will have access to view the learning path. Start entering the name, last name or email in the Users window. Left-click to select the matching name.
