The following are available actions over learning paths in iSpring Learn:
Creating a Learning Path
Before starting a learning path, upload all the required courses to the Content section or publish materials right from the iSpring software products.
- Open the Learning Paths tab in the left-side menu of the admin portal.
- In the top right corner, click the New Learning Path button. Enter the path name and click Create and Manage.
- On the learning path's page, open the Outline tab, click the Add Chapter button, enter the chapter name and click Save changes.
- Add courses to the chapter. To do this, click Add Content.
- In the Add Courses window, select the courses of the chapter. To do this, click on the green plus next to a course in the Content List section. The green plus appears as you mouse over a course title.
- Once the green plus is clicked, the course will be moved to the Selected Courses section.
When all the courses are chosen, click Add courses.
- The courses will be added to the chapter.
Editing a Learning Path
- To edit a learning path, open the Learning Paths section of the admin portal, select a path and click Manage.
- Make changes on the Manage learning path page and click Save.
Duplicating a Learning Path
- To make a duplicate of a learning path, open the Learning Paths section of the admin portal, select a path and click Duplicate.
- In the Make a copy pop-up, enter the title for a new learning path (it should be different from the original one) and click Duplicate.
- A copy of the learning path will appear in the Learning Paths list.
Adding a Learning Path to the Catalog
- To add a learning path to the catalog, open the Learning Paths section of the admin portal, select a path and click Add to Catalog.
- In the Add to a Catalog pop-up, select a category where the path will be put into, specify if learners need administrator approval to view the path and click Add.
- The learning path will appear in the Catalog section of the user portal.
Deleting a Learning Path
- To delete a learning path, open the Learning Paths section of the admin portal, select a path and click Delete.
- In the Delete learning paths pop-up, click the Delete button.
