To switch on private messaging, open the Settings tab in the main menu of iSpring Online, click the Additional Options tab and choose the User Portal section.
In the User Portal section, tick Enable private messaging.
Click the Save button.
Since the private messaging option is enabled, the Messages tab will appear in users' accounts. They will be able to send messages to other users, view the correspondence history, delete the dialogs.
