With the FAQ interaction, you can create a list of frequently asked questions. Such a list will be useful for new hires, support agents or customers who have recently started using your product. 

Enabling Question Search

  1. To enable the questions search, click the Properties button on the toolbar. 



  2. Tick the Enable Search checkbox.



  3. If the Enable Search option is selected, your users will be able to search for the questions in the catalog. As they enter the letters of a question into the search bar, all existing matches will come up.



  4. Click the Apply and Close button on the toolbar to save the changes.

Adding Questions

  1. To add a new question, click the Add question button on the toolbar.



  2. A new question will appear in the list of questions.



  3. Enter the question title and description. This is what the users will see on the slide for this question.



  4. Add extra content to the question description: images, videos, an audio track, rich text, characters, a background or objects. To do this, go to the Insert tab and select the option you need. To make the tab appear, place the cursor into the question description area.

    You can add an unlimited number of questions.

Arranging Questions

To change the order of the questions, select a question and drag it along the Questions list to place it in another position. To select more questions at once, hold the Ctrl button on the keyboard and select the questions.

You can move the questions using the Move up and Move down buttons in the context menu. To open the context menu, right-click the question in the Questions list.

Duplicating Questions

To create a duplicate of a question, click the Duplicate button in the context menu. A question with the same title and description will appear in the Questions list.

Deleting Questions

To remove a question, select it in the list and click the Delete button on the toolbar, on the keyboard or in the context menu.

Adding Introduction and Summary

To add an introduction and a summary to your interaction, tick the checkboxes above and below the questions in the Questions list.

Add title and description to the introduction and the summary in the editing area.
