Images and other objects on a slide can overlap each other. In this case, you can arrange how they are stacked by sending them backward or forward.
To change the relative position of objects:
- Select an object on a slide.
- On the ribbon, click the Bring Forward or Send Backward buttons. Both options have a drop-down menu where you can move the image all the way to the front or to the background, respectively.

Right-click an object and choose one of the four available actions from the drop-down menu:
- Bring to Front
- Send to Back
- Bring Forward
- Send Backward
You can select multiple objects on a slide and change the arrangement of all the selected objects at once. To select multiple objects, hold the Shift or Control key while selecting objects.
