When you export your project, iSpring Suite 9.0 makes a copy of your presentation along with the project folder, which contains narrations, quizzes, etc. We recommend you export your presentation right after you finish it, as it will enable you to:

  • share your project with your colleagues for collaborative work;

  • send your project to the iSpring Support to reproduce an issue;

  • create backups, just to be on the safe side.

To export your presentation, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the File tab.

  2. Then, click on the Share button. You will see a number of ways to share your presentation.

  3. Next, select the Share iSpring Suite Project option. In order to make a copy of your presentation with the project folder, click on Export Project. The Export window will pop up.

  4. In the Export window, specify a Folder Name and the new Location of the backup folder.

  5. Check the Create Zip package option if you want to archive your iSpring project. This will come in handy if you need to send your project via email.

  6. Click Export to copy the PowerPoint presentation and all its resources to the selected location.

  7. The Zip package will contain a copy of your presentation with the project folder.
