By default, the iSpring account owner is the individual who purchased the iSpring Learn subscription.

In large companies with many employees, one may need to know who manages the iSpring account. There are two ways to find out:

  1. Ask your colleagues. The accountants will probably be able to help you by referencing the payment documents.

  2. Contact the iSpring technical support department. We will find out who purchased the iSpring Learn subscription by the company name, contact them, and let them know that you want access to the iSpring account.

Notes:

  1. The iSpring account owner (the individual who purchased the iSpring Learn subscription) will occupy a spot in the subscription.

For example, if the company’s general manager purchased a 100-user iSpring Learn subscription, they will be able to add 99 users to the account. The 100th user (and the iSpring account owner) will be the general manager themself.

  2. To transfer management of the iSpring account to another individual (to a learning and development manager, for example), transfer the iSpring account ownership to that person.
