If the iSpring Learn mobile application doesn't synchronize with the desktop LMS (courses assigned to a user in the desktop portal don't appear in the app), try these solutions:

  1. In your application, swipe down to update the data in the My Courses section.

  2. Force the application to close (quit the app).

To force stop an application on an iPhone:

    1. At the home screen, or while in an app, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause while still pressing the screen.

Or, if your iPhone is an older model, double-press the Home button.

    2. When the App Switcher comes up, swipe left and right through the different app cards to find the app that you want to close.

    3. Use a quick swipe upwards to close the app.

To quit an app on an Android smartphone:

    1. View the apps on your device that are running. How you do this depends on your phone and the Android version. If you're not sure how your device shows running apps, try these different available methods:

      1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen (but don't swipe too far up or the app drawer opens).
      2. Tap the small square icon on the bottom of the screen.
      3. Press the physical button on the bottom of your phone or tablet that looks like two overlapping rectangles. You might not see it light up until you press in that area next to the Home button.

    2. Swipe up and down or left and right (depending on your phone) to find the app you want to close down.

    3. Swipe up on the app you want to quit as if you were throwing it off the screen. This works if your apps are listed horizontally.

Or, for vertically listed apps, swipe the app left or right to close it immediately.

  3. Log out from the app and log in back into it.

  4. Remove the app from your mobile device and reinstall it.
