Sometimes, users who have access to the Content Library change their personal information such as last name or email. They may also need to update their password to a more complex one or edit the company name after its rebranding. 

However, these changes can only be made by the user who needs them. The iSpring account owner who added all other users can only delete their profiles, not edit them.

So, for a user to edit their profile:

  1. The user needs to log in to their iSpring account.



  2. Once in the account, they need to open the Account Settings tab.



  3. The last step is to make any desired changes and save them.
