If you purchased a multi-user iSpring Suite license, you can add extra users to your iSpring account. 

  1. Log in to your personal iSpring account.

  2. Then, open the Licenses tab.



  3. Locate iSpring Content Library in the list and click View Details.



  4. In the Manage Users section, click Add User.



  5. Enter a user's email and click Send Invite



  6. The user will receive an email with credentials to log in to their iSpring account. Now they need to go to our company website and log in to their iSpring account or create one.

    Note: when setting up an iSpring account, the user needs to indicate the email address that the invitation was sent to.



  7. Now that the user has an iSpring account, they can log in to Content Library.

    Note: each user can download up to 100 Content Library items per day.

Important: 

  1. Only the iSpring account owner can add users.

  2. The individual who bought the license will be one of the account users.
    For instance, if the general manager purchased a three-user iSpring Suite Full Service license, he will be able to add two more users to the iSpring account. The third user (the account owner) will be the general manager who purchased the license.
    To transfer the account to another user, contact iSpring Support Department.
