If you have enabled the Knowledge Base in the account, the section will appear in the user portal.
All the account learners have access to the Knowledge Base and, at any time, can view the section items. If they want to preview files in such formats as .doc, .xls, .pdf, .ppt, they will need to download them first. A link to a video or an article will open in a new browser tab.
