By default, the Knowledge Base section is disabled.

To enable it in the account:

  1. Go to the Settings section and select the Additional Options tab.

  2. Then, click on the Knowledge Base section. 

  3. Tick Enable Knowledge Base and click Save.



  4. The Knowledge Base section has appeared both in the admin panel and in the user portal. Now, proceed to fill it out with content — create folders, add links to videos and useful articles, and upload items from your computer.
