By default, the Knowledge Base section is disabled.
To enable it in the account:
- Go to the Settings section and select the Additional Options tab.
- Then, click on the Knowledge Base section.
- Tick Enable Knowledge Base and click Save.
- The Knowledge Base section has appeared both in the admin panel and in the user portal. Now, proceed to fill it out with content — create folders, add links to videos and useful articles, and upload items from your computer.
