Actions with Learning Tracks
Editing a Learning Track
To proceed to editing the name, properties, and settings of a learning path:
- In the Courses section, select a learning track and click Edit Content.
- On the Edit Learning Track page, start to edit it.
Copying a Learning Track
Create a full copy of a learning track and add it to the folder of your choice.
- Open the Courses section and select a learning track. Next, click the Copy link in the upper menu.
Or, right-click on a learning track and choose Copy in the opened menu. - Now, select a folder where you want to place the copied learning track and click Copy Content.
If there's already a learning track with the same name in the destination folder, rename it or cancel copying. - The learning track is copied to the destination folder.

If you copy a folder in which learning tracks are stored, the learning tracks will also be copied.
Moving a Learning Track
If you want to move a learning track to a folder:
- In the Courses section, select a learning track and click Move.
- In the opened window, select a folder and click Move Content.
Deleting a Learning Track
If you no longer need a learning track and you want to delete it:
- In the Courses section, select a learning track and click Delete.
- In the opened window, confirm your decision.
If you delete a learning track:
- the track enrollments are canceled
• if the track status was Not Started, and the start date hasn't arrived yet. - the track enrollments aren't canceled
• if the track status was Not Started and the start date has already passed,
• if the track status was In Progress or Completed.
The course enrollments that weren't canceled are displayed as standalone enrollments.
