Account Owner and Administrators can select which of user identifiers will be the base one: email or login.

If the email is chosen as the base user identifier, the Email field will always be required during the registration. If it is the login that is selected as the base user identifier, the Email field might be optional during the registration.

To select the user identifier that will be displayed next to the username:

  1. Go to the Settings section of the admin portal and open the Main tab.



  2. Scroll down to the Settings section and select the user identifier in the User ID menu.



  3. Click the Save button.

If you select Email as the user identifier, the email address will be shown next to a user's name and last name. 

If you choose Login as the user identifier, it will be displayed next to a user's name and last name.
