If users put their emails into their profile in iSpring Learn, they will receive email notifications. This way, they will be able to keep track of important events even without signing in to their accounts.

To make notifications arrive to students' emails:

  1.  Learners should put their email in the profile.



  2. The option to receive the email notifications should be on. To access the notifications settings in the user portal, a user should click the bell, then choose View All and open the Settings tab.

Even if the email option is disabled in the Notifications settings, users will still receive alerts from admins (e.g., course assignment notifications) and account management emails (e.g., alerts about login info updates, etc.)
