Now you can reenroll users in training and track the history of their participation.

To reenroll an employee:

  1. In the Trainings section, select a training and click Edit.



  2. Go to the Participants section.
  3. Select the user and click Reenroll.



  4. Specify a session and its date in the Reenroll in Training window.
  5. Check the Save records of attendance at the previous session in archived enrollments option and click Save.


If the option is enabled, a new session enrollment will be created, and the previous enrollment will be archived.

If the option is disabled, the current enrollment will be edited.

Done! You have reenrolled an employee in a training.

Archived Enrollments

To see all enrollments in the training, enable the Show archived enrollments option. In the Enrollment Status column, you can see both the active and archived enrollments.

Delete Enrollment

You can delete an archived enrollment. To do this, select the user and click Delete enrollment.

Seats Available

Click By session tab to see the number of seats available for the training.
