Apart from learning content, your students need some general information. For example, instructions on preparing a business trip report, a list of books for professional development, a video on configuring a corporate email account — these kinds of content items should always be at hand.

The Knowledge Base, which will combine these items, is available for all account users. No applications and additional actions from the admin’s side. All the content added to the Knowledge Database section will immediately appear under the same-name tab in the user portal.

Statistics on the Knowledge Base content are not collected. Reports don't include content items from this section, this is why you can't check how many times users have viewed content items.


Allow Knowledge Base management when creating a custom role. To do this, select the permissions you will give a new role in the Knowledge Base block.
