Different teammates can be given different access levels. For example: for an illustrator, the view permission will be sufficient to look through the text of a page and come up with ideas for visuals. But a subject matter expert will definitely need editing permission to correct factual errors and add some important details.
The Account Owner has access to all projects and materials in the account.
Each Administrator should be given access to view or edit projects and materials they need for their work.
Otherwise, they won't have access to the content in the account.
