Publishing to My Computer allows you to save the converted presentation on a local disk for further distribution via the Internet. The resulting resource files can be placed on your website or on the internal network of your school or organization.

General Settings

  1. When you have finished editing the presentation, click Publish on the iSpring Converter Pro 9 toolbar.



  2. On the left side of the Publish Presentation window, click My Computer.



  3. Enter the name of the course in the Title field. By default, the name is the same as the PowerPoint presentation.



  4. Specify the local or network folder in which the course will be saved in the Local folder field. To do this, click the Browse button to the right of the Local folder field, select the desired folder, and click OK.



  5. Choose the HTML5 format. Instructions for publishing in video format are described in a separate article.

Output Options

In the Output Options section, you can make final changes to the player, change the quality, size and protection settings, and select other additional options.

  1. Enable the option Use iSpring Play app on mobile devices so that the presentation opens in iSpring Play on mobile devices. The application allows you to view presentations offline.



  2. Customize the Universal player. To do this, click on the player's name. In the Customize Player section that opens, set up the player layout, color scheme and texts. Also, you can select another template and make changes to it. 



  3. Click the link in the Size field to specify how the course behaves in a browser.



  4. In the Quality field, select the quality level of images, audio and video files. 



    Here you can choose one of the built-in quality profiles or select your own settings.



  5. Configure protection settings for your course. To do this, click the link in the Protection field. 



    In the Protection window, specify if you would like to add a watermark to your presentaion, set up a password to get it opened, limit the time to display the course, or restrict domains the presentation can be shown on.



  6. Click on the link in the Publish field and choose which slides you would like to publish: only the selected slides, or all the slides in the presentation.

Publishing

After you've configured all the settings, click Publish. When the publishing process is successfully completed, a new window opens showing all available actions you can perform with the published course.
