At some point, we realized that we needed to reinforce and elevate their knowledge and validate their progress in mastering the product. That\u2019s why we started to search for a powerful quiz maker.<\/p>\n<p>The functionalities that were most essential to me as a training manager included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The diversity of question types \u2013 we needed game-like knowledge checks<\/li>\n<li>Seamless user experience on PCs, smartphones, and tablets<\/li>\n<li>Strong reporting \u2013 we needed to identify knowledge gaps and training needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After we did some search on the Internet, we found iSpring to be more varied and suitable for playful learning.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/editor\/2023\/09\/ispring-blog-image-1695082241.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"The-Solution-\u2013-iSpring-Suite\">The Solution \u2013 iSpring Suite<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"\/ispring-suite\">iSpring Suite<\/a> is a full-fledged authoring tool with many functionalities, but I value most is its built-in quiz maker. Thanks to the tool, we now can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy fast and easy quiz creation<\/li>\n<li>Build varied quizzes to make assessments engaging<\/li>\n<li>Customize question templates and add multimedia<\/li>\n<li>Publish online quizzes to be displayed on mobile devices and PCs<\/li>\n<li>Collect stats<\/li>\n<li>Send quiz reports to learners so that they can see where they stand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The entire development process starts from building quizzes with iSpring Suite, then getting them validated by our Research and Development team, and finally they are delivered to our sales representatives.<\/p>\n<p>This way, I need about 5 hours to create one complete quiz that may include from 25 to 30 questions. It\u2019s like 3 hours of creation and 2 hours of validation respectfully.<\/p>\n<p>After I created a quiz, I make it available for learners in iSpring Cloud ( the cloud storage) or in <a href=\"\/ispring-learn\">iSpring LMS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Results\">Results<\/h2>\n<p>Knowledge checks made with iSpring Suite were well received by our sales force. I\u2019m glad that the tool gives an opportunity to evaluate the level of knowledge of our salespeople effectively. <a href=\"\/ispring-suite\/trial\">iSpring Suite<\/a> is a robust quiz maker that we can fully trust.
