Meet iSpring Learn in Swedish
iSpring Learn is now available in Swedish! You can change the language both for admin and user portals in the LMS. We’re confident this update will provide an even more comfortable user experience for customers and facilitate their smooth transition to eLearning.
Work statuses for employees
Set work statuses for employees, so colleagues know where a particular employee is and when to expect them back. For example: on vacation, sick leave, or on a business trip. This facilitates the scheduling of meetings — simply check a colleague's profile and schedule a meeting for a time when they’ve returned.

Changing the expiration dates for certificates
The Account Owner and Administrator can go into the employee's profile and change the date that the current certificate should expire in the Learner's Achievements tab. Department Administrators and custom roles can only do this for users in their visibility zone.
It is possible to change the expiration date for all valid certificates across all types of content.

Renewed files upload
Now, several materials can be loaded not only into projects but also into a specific place in the course!

Сustom birthday cards
Now, employees can get beautifully designed, well-thought-out greeting cards — we’ve added seven vibrant design templates.
Moreover, iSpring Learn will automatically notify employees of a colleague's birthday by mail.

New status for users: end of employment
Now, when an employee no longer works for the company, administrators can change their status in iSpring Learn to "Employment Ended." You will no longer view them in Org Chart, but their info and data will be preserved.
Meet some awesome improvements in Pages
Enjoy even more possibilities for creating slick pages in iSpring Space!
Concise sidebar in the editor mode
Easily customize the size of the sidebar with the table of contents. Leave more space to work with the content when creating courses on a small screen.
Code Snippets
Creating developer-focused courses is now easy with the new code snippets! Easily embed code fragments into pages — they’ll stand out visually and maintain language-specific highlighting and tabbing. Apply custom formatting and select the preferred text size, background color, and more to make the code fragment even more vivid in the text.
Heading 3
Organize your text better with the new H3 heading! What’s more, style and spacing settings will automatically apply to the subsequent text blocks. Just choose them once for the first block, and subsequent ones will inherit background color, spacing between blocks, text styles, colors, and sizes.
