Fast LMS perfectly integrated with iSpring Suite Learn more

Moodle LMS and iSpring Suite Compatibility

iSpring Suite fully supports the most popular LMS content standards: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, xAPI (Tin Can), and cmi5. We thoroughly tested which of these standards are supported by Moodle LMS. Please find below a summary of how Moodle LMS works with iSpring content.

Moodle creators were among the original pioneers of e-Learning and released the first version in early 2002. Now it is the most popular world-known open-source online learning platform. It is used in many schools, colleges and nonprofit organizations around the world and it’s absolutely free as an installation server package.

Moodle provides complete, flexible and secure learning management. As do many other LMSs, it features course authoring, a calendar tool, detailed logs, and progress tracking capabilities. Moodle enables individual educators, institutions and organisations to create their own private website filled with dynamic courses that expand learning anytime, anywhere.

Because it’s an open source community, it doesn’t offer any official support for installation, configuration steps, maintenance or system use. Find moodle partners for support.

iSpring format Level of support
SCORM 1.2 Excellent
SCORM 2004 Excellent
AICC Good*

* Because of the limitation of the Moodle LMS, all AICC-compliant courses get status “Complete” regardless of student’s results.
