iSpring School Site License

iSpring School Site License is available for qualified educational institutions, permitting iSpring software installation on up to 200, 500 or 1000 school-owned or school-leased computers regardless who its end users are: enrolled students, faculty, teaching assistants or administrators.

In addition, the School Site License permits installation of the product on up to 50 additional faculty computers under direct control of faculty and teaching assistants, allowing educators to create and revise lessons for their classes.

How to Purchase

To purchase iSpring School Site License, please contact us at iSpring Support from your school corporate email address providing the license configuration required and an academic identification for validation. Our sales agent will contact you regarding all the details of an ordering process.

Software Upgrades

According to the iSpring Upgrade Policy, all minor upgrades are provided for free, e.g. from 4.0 to 4.2, 4.3, etc. Major upgrades, for example from 4.x version to 5.x, will be available at 50% of your School Site License price.

Acceptable Forms of Academic Identification

To verify your academic status, we require an official dated document confirming that you are currently enrolled faculty or stuff memder.

Please, scan your document and save in a standard format such as JPG, GIF or PDF. All forms of identification must be clearly legible and at a minimum, true to size.

Please, find the sample documents below, and provide us with 1 of the following:

Dated Faculty/Staff Identification card with photo;
A teaching contract that indicates the period of current validity;
A current institution paycheck stub;
A signed and dated letter on school letterhead confirming your current employment.

Additional Information

1. School Site License is not available for use by postsecondary or higher educational institutions.

2. School Site License is available for schools located at a single address only. Districts must purchase separate School Site License for each school location. Single Site License cannot be split up and distributed among multiple schools.

3. iSpring software for student use may be installed on school-owned or school-leased computers only. Personal student computers are not included in the School Site License.
