If I publish my presentation to the web, will the users have to wait until the entire Flash file is loaded to start viewing it?

Flash presentations start to play as soon as the first slide is loaded, so the users will not wait. If you have an audio or video on the first slide, you can add a Preloader. It will help your viewers see the presentation loading progress.
