Please follow the instructions below:
1.Open PowerPoint 2003 and go to Help --> About Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
2. With the new dialogue box opened, click on Disabled Items.
3. Highlight Add-in: ispring pro (genswfx.dll); now, the enable button becomes live. Click on Enable and then restart PowerPoint.
