I inserted a Flash file to a presentation but it doesn't work or appear incorrectly after conversion.

If Flash movie plays fine in PowerPoint, but turned blank after the conversion, most probably the reason of the issue is the type of the Flash movie. Flash movies could be created with ActionScript 2.0 programming language or with a newer, ActionScript 3.0 version.

Flash movies created in Action Script 3.0 are supported by the Streamline and None player from version 6.0 only. To resolve the issue please make sure that

  1. You are using iSpring Pro 6.x version. To check the product version, please go to the About window on iSpring toolbar.
  2. You are converting the presentation with the Streamline or None player template. You can select Player skin in iSpring Publish window.

If you are using an older version of iSpring Pro, you can try iSpring Pro 6.0 for free and find out the upgrade options here.
