How to turn on the support of Oriental characters in the Advanced player?

If you encounter incorrect rendering of oriental characters in the Advanced player, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click Publish on the iSpring Pro ribbon in your PowerPoint: Click Publish on the iSpring PPT to Flash toolbar
  2. In the General tab, make sure that you have Advanced Glossy or Advanced Matte player selected from the drop-down list in the Player Template section. Click the Customize button next to it.Select Advanced player and click customize
  3. In the Player Customization window, click Miscellaneous on the left-hand sidebar and mark the checkbox next to ‘Use system fonts (Improves rendering of oriental characters)’. Click OK and close the Player customization window.Enable System fonts to display oriental characters
  4. Now all that's left is to publish your presentation to Flash. Even if you have already published it before, you have to do it again in order to let the new settings apply:Publish presentation again to apply settings

That’s all! Now iSpring will use your system fonts to better represent oriental characters used in your PowerPoint presentation.

:) Happy presenting with iSpring!
