The video file in my Flash presentation doesn't play. Why? Permalink
You can insert video files of various formats into your presentation: .AVI, .MOV, .MPG, .MPEG, .ASF, .WMV. When converting presentations to Flash, inserted video files get converted as well. To be able to convert video to Flash, you have to have video codecs installed in your system. We don’t include them into the iSpring installation pack due to licensing restrictions. Hence, we recommend downloading and installing freeware codecs e.g. FFMPEG or K-Lite unless you already have them.
