Who are Public Viewers and Private Viewers and what is the difference between them? Permalink
Both Private and Public viewers are people invited to your iSpring Online portal. Public viewers can easily access allowed content by simply clicking the link you send them. Private viewers have to be registered in advance. They are required to enter their login details to access your content, and they have the privilege to track their own activity history. Statistics on user activity gets saved for Private, but not for Public viewers.
