If you wish to add a background audio for the slide or for the entire presentation, use the Audio Settings Tab. This tab also allows you to change slide options such as Slide Title and Slide Time.

To add audio for the slide:
  1. Click the slide row in an Audio File column to which you want to add audio, then click the "..." button.

  2. Select the audio file that you want to add and click Open.

Note: you can add only one audio per slide. Additionally it is possible to add a background audio for the entire presentation.

To add audio for the entire presentation:
  1. On the Audio Settings window, enable the box next to Background Audio for Presentation.

  2. Click the "..." button to browse for a background audio.

  3. Locate the audio file and click Open.

Audio Settings| Slide Audio and Playback
Slide Title Click the slide row in the Slide Title column to enter a title for the slide as it will be displayed in the published presentation.
Slide Time Click the slide row in the Slide Time column to set a duration of the slide playback. If the slide is accompanied with the sound, the time will be set automatically and will be equal to the length of the audio file.
Auto change Check the box to perform the automatic advance to the next slide after the current slide is completed.
Audio file Click the slide row in the Audio File column then click the "..." button to specify the audio to add. Supported formats are .MP3 and .WAV. You can control the audio playback using the Play/Stop buttons.
Remove Slide Audio In the Audio File column, click the slide row in which you want to delete the audio and click Remove Slide Audio.
Change all Slides automatically Check the box if you want all slides to advance automatically.

Audio Settings| Presentation Background Audio
Background Audio for Presentation Check the box to add a background audio for the entire presentation. Click the "..." button to select the audio file. Supported formats are .MP3 and .WAV. If you want to listen to the audio after you have chosen it, click Play.
Loop Check the box to loop presentation background audio playback.
